Weight Loss Workshop

So let's face it. You know as well as I do that weight loss is about eating less and moving more.  'They' say it is that simple.  And many of you have gone the additional route of signing yourself up for the beautifully marketed weight loss groups and diet systems that plague our TV, radio & billboards, joining gyms that you set foot in twice, and monitoring the calories and fat like a bookeeper at tax time.  Yet here you are, fatter than you want to be and feeling like you have 'tried everything'.

This workshop is designed for those who are interested in learning about the 'head stuff' that goes along with weight loss as a means for understanding some of the psychological patterns and unconscious processes that might prevent some people from getting results - even when they appear to be doing things right.

This is not a course on meal planning or cardio routines, nor is it a ploy to get you to but into one of the numerous cleanse products or weight loss supplements that exist. You will not leave lighter or having shaved 3 inches from your waist & hips.  There will not be a giggly machine for you to invest in that will shake away the pounds and I promise you will not find yourself 'sweating to the oldies'.  

What you will gain is some insight about how our thinking is connected to food strategies, how we set ourselves up for failure before we even figure out what we want, and how to change some of those sabotaging habits that have stopped you in the past.
